Front start to finish, I was completely satisfied. Luis Sotelo was my sales person. He answered the phone when I first called to make an appointment and then on I worked with him from start to finish. He was informative, kind & helpful. He didn't put pressure on me, which was important. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
