Lithia Reno Subaru

I was very pleased with the purchase of our Subaru. We had went to lithia a month before but were not quite ready to purchase. When we came back, Hagen remembered us, and even remembered where we told him we were going to eat the night we were last there, Hagen was patient and listened to all the things we wanted out of our purchase and showed us all of our options. We felt well taken care of through out the whole process and not pressured to make a deal we were not comfortable with. Hagen went over all of our vehicles features, and even rewashed the vehicle because he was not satisfied in giving it to us after the first wash. The only part of the deal that was slow was running out credit, and finishing the sale's paperwork and such but that almost can never be avoided on a busy Saturday. Thank you!
