Matt Jurgens was a very helpful and upbeat sales manager. He answered all questions and made time for us to meet our desired timeframe. The purchase process could use updating. Our recent experience with a Volkswagen dealer was more assuring - it was automated and online and did not rely on someone doing calculations and handwritten notes on paper contracts. We caught at least one mistake in the final paperwork process that gave us pause.
