Good sales team but Finance people take time to respond

I purchased vehicle from them in Dec 2023. Sales team was very supportive but finance team i wish someone better was handling my case. I had to make multiple calls to get my papers for the title an recieved no response to my e-mails or phone calls when i wanted to cancel my extended warranty.
