Bad Brakes
Written by 10/26/2023
onI purchased a 2018 high country from Auto Nation with “new brakes”. 2 months after the purchase they were still squealing and the service adviser recommended OEM pads. The dealer said they wouldn’t fix it since the brakes work… They claim another store put the non OEM pads on so it’s out of their control now… Beware, they cut corners and don’t stand behind the quality of their work on small things like brake pads. I also had to call my service adviser for updates. He said he left a message but then didn’t ask for my number to verify he had it right… If you’re going to lie, at least make it believable.
