This was a service event that they did. It was very organized and quick to check in. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to do the Complimentary Multi Point Inspection. Michael the service manager, was very friendly upon arrival at the service entry. Brian was my to go to service advisor, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I forgot the ladies name that checked me in. I wanna say Claudia. She was very nice as well. Allen Wright is my service advisor that I see when servicing my Envision. Just a little shout out to him as well!!!
