onWe have been taking our vehicle there for years and I guess we are used to great customer service with Brian and Allen, our truck was there for a week, we had to keep calling to get an update instead of him giving us an update. Just not the service we are used to getting. Then the labor charges were almost 3x then the parts it is ridiculous
