AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara
Dealership Service Review
Whilst the advisor seemed good and attentive when I dropped into book my truck in for service, this did not translate into day of service. Arrived to find advisor not yet in work, handed this off to another advisor, enquired about shuttle service home to be told that they didn’t know where that driver was. Was told the service would take most of the day, fine, got called in such short notice that I would only arrive after the service department closed, no truck until next day. Came in and got the invoice, paid, noticed that the rotation was not done but still charged for. Asked to have this sorted, told it would be. 3 days later still no response. Also asked for TPMS to be reset from PREVIOUS visit and rotation where someone failed to do that. So now TPMS still incorrect, charged for something that didn’t happen. Makes you wonder what else is being missed during “expert” attention to your truck/car/suv.
