Signal light replacement.

I had to have a right rear tail/directional signal light replaced. I was unaware that it would cost right at $100 to replace a light bulb. I guess that I should have asked for a price. I was not given a price in advance of the work. However, I have used this agency for several years and Service Manager, Mike, is very good and has helped me on several occasions. I did buy my car at a different dealer but the salesman that I was dealing with didn't think that I was serious and another dealer had the car I wanted in stock and took me seriously. I had bought from another branch of this dealer in the past.
