Superb Transaction

This is my 13th Mercedes-Benz purchase since 1982 and the smoothest, most enjoyable of all. From start to finish, every touchpoint with a person at this dealership was respectful, personal, and additive to the experience. This included sales, sales management, service management, finance, and vehicle orientation team members. There is Swiss-watch precision to their process, and they add the oft-forgotten human element and personal involvement to that, creating an enjoyable and (for other dealers) enviable experience. This was a wonderful transaction and experience! Many thanks!
