Friendly, personable, professional people to work with. They listened to what I said and found what I wanted and treated me fairly. I so appreciated their willingness to converse with me instead of tell me what's best for me. The fact that there was no pressure made it very easy for me to make a quick decision on what it was I wanted to do.
