I recently had my first transaction with H & H Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier with the service I received, the vehicle I leased with them and the entire experience overall. I had looked around there in the past but just wasn’t in the right equity position to land the truck I wanted. On Black Friday 2024, I was able to get into a brand new Silverado LT with all the options I could want and more with the help of my salesman Mitch Padolina, finance manager Tyler Hanneman, marketing project manager Hollie Pille and a former affiliate of H & H, Jase Jackson @ Frontier Harley Davidson. Jase and Hollie knew I was in the market for a new Silverado so they stayed in touch and gave me a heads up on when would be a good opportunity to make my move. Mitch worked his caboose off to find me a truck that fit my criteria and my budget and even throughout the craziness of helping multiple customers on Black Friday, provided excellent customer service to my wife and I. Tyler Hanneman closed the deal by making the financing portion of the sale as smooth as it could possibly be with professionalism and efficiency. The only vehicle I’ve ever enjoyed purchasing was my Harley Davidson Night Train, because it’s a luxury/toy rather than a necessity, but H & H Chevrolet of Omaha made this leasing experience truly enjoyable and there’s nowhere else I’d rather go for our family’s next vehicle.
