It was very easy, I simply dropped off my car and picked it up later. My service attendant Mr. John Callighan was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I will change about this was that I had to pay for gas for the rental, this is not great because this was a recall that I had to drive 20 mins to fix. I think something should be done about this to better the experience of customers.
