Joshua S. is my Service Advisor and he is always very attentive and vey helpful!! I ended up needing a lot of expensive work under a Carmax extended warranty which means a very long phone call to Carmax's warranty center. I totally appreciate that Josh put me in a 'loaner' car of Gregg Young's as I am a single Mom and can't afford to be off work. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Gregg Young for maintenance and repair.
