New issues keep occurring after visits

onWe took the car in in January, shortly after, an oil leak started. Monitored it for a while but couldn’t tell the issue was still present until the snow melted. We finally got that repaired last week, but since we waited, it was hard to prove that it started after the last service. Yesterday, we noticed more fluid (not oil this time) pooled below the car. We are checking again this evening and if still there, we’ll going to need to set up another appointment. It’s costing a lot (which happens I guess), but it’s frustrating that this is A) seemingly happening immediately after getting serviced and B) the new issues aren’t found in the inspection done during those services.
