onOne of our fleet vehicles was brought here for a repair. While being towed here, the vehicle sustained significant body damage. This damage resulted in a substantially longer expected repair time. We worked with Michelle S. in service who was very diligent about getting us detailed and accurate quotes, ordering parts, and coordinating the repair between the service and body shop. She also did a great job communicating with the tow company for the repairs they were responsible for. We feel she reduced the overall repair-time through her proactive approach. We would not hesitate to bring our fleet vehicles here in the future.
