We don't stop to tell others when they've done a good job anymore, especially service work. We expect the best for our money and at Gregg Young Chevrolet, I get it. We have our cars serviced at Gregg Young's Service Department and it's much better than even [another dealership]. Friendly greetings, nice lounge area, cafe, and the atmosphere is just...welcoming. The smiles are sincere and you feel like you are appreciated. We've never had a problem with any of the service and the boys always give me a heads-up if it looks like something is wearing and will need replacing. I feel safer driving my vehicle because I know that professional mechanics are watching out for me and my family.
