I had an appointment for an oil change on Tuesday at 8:30AM. One would think that not being a Monday, and quite early in the morning, that one would get rather prompt service. Nay, nay I say. It was after 10:30 when I left. During the exit interview, he mentioned that I needed a tire rotation. Usually they will mention the air filter, because it needs changing at the same rate as the oil, and it's an easy sale. Not today. What is the sense in making an appointment if it's going to take 2 hours to complete a 15 minute job? Oh, did I mention that 3 other people came into the waiting area and left while I was there? It made me wonder what repair or maintenance takes less time than an oil change.
