First, apparently my part had come in, but they didn't contact me right away so I waited an extra week or two. Second, I scheduled an oil change at the same time, but this is the first time in 6 years that they didn't put a new sticker on the windshield. The final issue was with my key fob. When I picked up my car, they mentioned the key fob wasn't working well. I told them how I replaced the battery several times since I bought the car and agreed that the key fob wasn't working very well. Of course, I wound up buying two batteries for the key fobs at a much higher price than I pay at Walmart. Guess what? I still have the same problem with the key fob so it isn't the battery at all. I have normally gotten very good service in the past so I'm hugely bummed about my last visit.
