The people were a pleasure to deal with. I was expecting the vehicle to be detailed it was not. I could smell smoke from previous owners. There was only one key, which meant I had to have one made. Opening the doors on both sides the weather stripping fell below the doors. The rear hatch when opened would crash down on your head since the gas struts were worn out. There was no owner’s manual. I know this was a used car but having so many issues was a shock. If I had not driven over 300 miles to buy this car I would have walked away, the pictures and description were a come on. I have only had the vehicle a week and have almost $500.00 into it. The driver’s seat has multiple rips and I am in the process of getting estimates. The dealer did comp me $500.00 to fix the issues but unfortunately, we are going to be triple that amount.
