Archie Cochrane Ford

I bought a CPO vehicle and the remote starter that had originally came with my Edge was old and the wires were coming loose. So, Ford offered to take the old one out and replace it with a brand NEW one that is Ford's brand! I was so excited and I really appreciate that Ford is taking care of that for me!! I am definitely impressed by the communication between service and sales, and everyone made my first buying experience so easy! I look forward to buying another Ford in the future :)
