Went in on 4-30 to order a manufactured model for msrp (or so I thought). After 2 weeks I was told a new manager had arrived and not only was my car not ordered but the sticker price of my car was no longer going to be honored. They wanted more. I lost time and all my respect for this dealer. I have gone to another dealer and paid msrp without issue. I would never recommend this dealer to another customer as they are disorganized, dishonorable, and shady in everyway. What I thought was a straightforward deal turned into a greedy opportunity for a new manager. And my family had bought several suntrup cars, one a month before this. Beyond disappointed.
