Thompson GMC is by far the best GM dealership in Springfield and surronding areas, I bout my first GM product from Reliable Chevrolet, from day one i had issues with it. Reliable has horrible, customer service, refuse to work on your vehicle when you go around them, refuse to honor agreements made during purchase. They promise you the moon when buying from them, all you get is CRAP afterwards. Thompsons fought with GM on my behalf and was able to get my tahoe traded in on a quality vehicle, and quality people to stand behind it.
