I've bought vehicles from 5 different dealerships in Springfield and this was definitely the best experience thus far. My salesman, Tito, was attentive but not pushy. He worked with me to find the perfect vehicle. He maintained an appropriate amount of contact and and follow up. I was thrilled to find a vehicle to meet my needs at a price I could afford. The financing, which is often more painful than the purchase agreement, was smooth low pressure and relatively fast. By far, the best part of the whole experience has been the service after the sale.
