I went to Thompson Buick GMC basically to find out what my suv was worth. I ended up buying. Of course I did my research on internet, but normally don't buy at first stop. One of the main reasons was Brandon B. He was professional, not pushy, returned my calls immediately, and knew the product(2013 Terrain). The entire staff that worked with me was outstanding.
