Dealership Sales Review
Read online reviews with good ratings; went to this dealership to participate in my credit union and Sam's Club buyer's program. I researched the dealership's website. Of course the discount was on the 2019 Honda Passport Elite. Chase Winters and I went for their pre-determined test drive route. We sat down to discuss numbers. Alex was the employee to take over this step. On the desk was a small display of Ed Napleton's Experience packages; $899 and $1,3995. This was not on their website. Alex was filling in the contract mentioning the "experience". I asked "What if you don't want it?!" He replied "Don't worry about it." Yep, it was written into my contract without my consent! Yes, by this time I was there almost 3 hours. I signed the documents which I regret. For a total of 4 hours at this dealership the only food offered was free popcorn and hot drinks! No one offered to take me lunch or to take me to get some lunch, show me the service area and introduce the service writers, explain how the free car washes are performed, but pressured me into writing a review online! The salesperson did not even call me after a few days to ask about my Passport! I have spoken to Tom Dempsey, General Manager, about my experience. I have been waiting for action on his end for 3 weeks! So, I am writing my review and sharing my experience.
