Ed Napleton Honda St Peters

After paying cash for a 2013 Honda Pilot on Nov. 30 2016, Napleton Honda dealership has still not provided me with the title(Jan. 20). They claim they don't know where it is, and so I cannot license the car. They did provide me with an expired dealer plate and expired insurance papers and told me to use them on the car and they would pay for any fines if I get caught. I'm not willing to drive illegally. Now they are not accepting my calls or returning my messages. I have filed complaints with the NAPA and the MO Dept. of Revenue.
