Too busy for me to communicate my concerns.

onI think the service guys have too much paperwork and computer work, along with answering the phones, and are distracted when a customer is actually standing there at the counter. I felt I had other things I wanted looked at on my car but felt kind of rushed. The work order says car was washed, it was not.
