Jim Trenary Chevrolet
Dealership Service Review
So far we’re extremely unimpressed. Bought a brand new 2023 3500 high country and have yet to be able to drive it without the check engine light on. Sent it to be checked on a Tuesday picked it up Wednesday and was assured nothing was wrong. The check engine light came back on Thursday. Dropped it off for a 10:30 appointment Thursday and they DID NOT look at it. Why the appointment then? I bought this truck to work and it’s yet to do the job I bought it for and cost me additional money renting another truck to do it’s job… so far I feel like I’ve spent 80,000 + on a pile of crap I can’t use to be treated as unimportant by their service department. Update**** waiting 5-7 days for a part they originally missed on first inspection. So when it’s all said and done IF I ever get it back they will have had it longer than I’ve owned it. Why would you not overnight this part? It’s because they don’t care. So currently I’ve been out of a vehicle for a week and will be without one for at least another. Keep in mind this is after we purchased in our finance package a loaner vehicle for just this occasion. Jokes on me they don’t have any loaner vehicles. They’ve literally screwed me over at every turn. DO NOT EVER do business here. I’ve been a life long Chevy person, we’ve had over 15 Chevy trucks between me my husband, my brother, and my father. So understand how much this hurts to say, I will NEVER own another Chevy.. I should have bought a Ford.
