Frank Leta Honda

So I absolutely hate buying cars. Really. I ended up going to look at a car at Frank Leta and worked with Donna on their sales team. Unlike every other car salesperson I have EVER had to deal with, Donna was pleasant and fun to talk to. She was never condescending, didn't give me that 'ooh, other people are considering this car, too' line, and made me feel like there was no pressure to buy right then and there. It was refreshing to talk to a sales person that actually listened to your wants and didn't immediately counter those wants that may not have equaled an immediate sale. I did purchase from her that day and was extremely happy with the way everything went. I'd specifically recommend her to anyone.
