He even accompanied us on the test drive which was a big help because we were not familiar with the local roads. When we were ready to make an offer, he gave us good guidance about the process and worked efficiently to get our offer accepted. He also answered all of our questions regarding financing, extended warranty and registration. And while we completed the sales documents, he directed the service team to prepare the car for delivery. So that when we finished our the transaction, the car was ready to drive away. The entire process took less than two hours from the time we met Jim until the time we drove away. The level of customer care was outstanding.
