My wife and I recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from this dealership. Brad D. was our salesman and he did an excellent job. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met; right through to sealing the deal. He was very pleasant, engaging and informative. He made a usually stressful experience a very pleasant one. We cannot say enough about the care and service we received from Brad. He took an exceptional amount of time to go over every feature of the vehicle to make sure we were informed before we left. A few days later, I stopped by to drop off some paperwork and the first person I saw was Brad. I had a few questions about the Sync phone operation and he, again, took the time to walk me through it. I would highly recommend this dealership and Brad D. if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
