Knowledgeable, not pushy yet friendly and very patient. And the price for my trade-in was fair as was the price for the Denali. I could definitely tell that the folks that work at Phil Moore Buick GMC have been trained by Phil because they all seem to have his friendly, outgoing personality. I’ll be back for more cars/trucks in the future. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve every had. Simple and low key.
