I just purchased a new CR-V from them. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our salesperson, Robert Coates spent lots of time explaining the functions of the vehicle and took us on 2 test drives to demonstrate the safety features. I am a Tom Kadlec customer for life
