I purchased a used Dodge mini van, the first person I talked to (Kari) was awesome and went out of her way to make sure I got the answers to my questions. Jeff the guy who sold me the van was nice helpful and did not waste my time. He got everything ready and even took in my really old trade for a good price. The whole process was good, even the finance guy who did his job showing extra warranty options and other things did not pressure me when I said I did not want them. Very sensitive to my needs and financial situation, great experience all around!!!
