We just drove home in our new 2017 RAV4 and couldn't wait to leave a review of Carlson Toyota and especially Sheila Pierson, our sales rep. We were on a tight time schedule and needed our new vehicle to be prepped for delivery in just a day or two, including the addition of a remote starter. Thanks to Sheila and the folks in the installation area, our car was ready as promised and earlier than expected. It was a pressure-free buying experience from a knowledgeable staff.
