Buying a car is a huge deal which shouldn't be taken lightly and you the customer should be respected and valued. As a first time car buyer I was overwhelmed and frustrated after only an hour into the car search. When I'd arrive at the dealerships the "sales people" would come hound the parking lot where we were driving through and hound us to test drive vehicles. I came close to giving up and walking away for the day. At the end of the hunt we went back to the dealership where I'd seen what I wanted earlier, wasn't harrassed in the parking lot by anyone and was seen promptly. Luke immediately made me feel at ease, didn't pressure me and made sure I was appreciated and valued. He made it known that my time is valued and that he was going to get me in and out today with the car I wanted. He made my experience important and got me everything I needed. He went out of his way to make us comfortable while we waited till the very end. This was the first time in the entire search that I actually WANTED to give him by business. I would recommend Luke over anyone else because he is personable with the customers, not only tells you how valued you are but shows you that you are valued. He goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need and everything you could want from your experience. For a first time car buyer, Luke alleviated my stress and worries and helped me leave in under 90 mins with a new used car.
