Lucas at Walser Toyota was very helpful in finding my Saturn Ion! I was very pleased with this dealership from the beginning, as their sales culture is non-commission based and they give the best offer first so there is no negotiation necessary. I easily found the car I wanted, thanks to the knowledgeable associate (Lucas), and was able to purchase the car that day. The best part of my experience actually happened after the sale. I took the car I purchased to my mechanic for a 100 point inspection, and they found 2 small maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of. I called Walser Toyota and spoke to the used car manager and he took care of all the services free of charge! Not only that, but when the car had to wait for parts overnight, they let me drive a rental car home and back the next day--also free! Now I have a great car that will dependable for years to come! I would recommend this dealership to anybody; they took great care of me and I will buy there again!
