I purchased a used 4Runner from Walser Toyota in Bloomington, MN last week and couldn’t have had a better experience. My income is from a Native American tribe and wasn’t recognized as income from a few different big name auto dealers in the Minneapolis area. I called Walser on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Steve Bradach. I explained to Steve the problems I was running into and that before I drove 100 plus miles to his dealership, I wanted to make sure they would recognize my income as a salary. Steve went out of his way while I was on the line to go to the top person in his Finance department to verify they wouldn’t have any issues. When I arrived at our appointment that following Monday, Steve set me up with his sales associate Tiffany Hinnenkamp. Both Steve and Tiffany were extremely pleasant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase of the vehicle. They were always offering to answer questions and explained the process as we went along. My credit is considered poor and Steve was still able to get me approved within a very short time. Steve and Tiffany made this purchase seem effortless. I have purchased many cars and homes in the past but this experience was by far the easiest, fastest and most satisfying to date. They went above and beyond my expectations by far. I would recommend Walser Toyota, Steve and Tiffany to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle anytime in the future.
