Walser Toyota

Terrible experience buying a used car from them. It hadn't been detailed well and was dirty. It did not seem they had inspected it at all. I had to bring it in for two appointments to fix a large crack in the windshield and a headlight out. A few weeks and less than 500 miles later, it was low on oil so I brought it to Walser Subaru, where they did a complete inspection. They found the tires were close to bald, it had at least 3 other lights out, it had two dirty air filters, and it had an oil leak, which was causing it to lose oil. When I contacted them, I was passed around to 3 different managers, none of whom wanted to just admit they made a big mistake by not looking it over and fix those things. They tried telling me that lights had gone out after I had it, etc. Really poor follow up. I will never go to Walser Toyota again.
