After bad luck with one of Walser’s used car salesmen named Sal, who was very pushy and would not hold a car for one day so my wife could come drive it, we got lucky and met Tim Kahlow and decided to buy a new 4Runner instead. Tim was polite and a great listener. He understood the challenges that shopping for a car during a pandemic with an infant at home and also working full time can present. He definitely went the extra mile and left us feeling very peaceful with our decision. Thank you again Tim.
