They made my family wait 20 minutes for a dealer, then told us they were really busy and we should come back. (they were not busy) We came back (i don't know why), got a very rude salesperson. He hardly listened to what we asked for, wanted all our contact info before he could work with us. When I said all we want to do is see one car and don't want to give all our phone, credit info right away he said he just wants to get to know me and that I am being rude. Then, he showed us the version of the car we DID NOT want to see. My take, they hire a bunch of high school dropouts, make them salespersons, don't train them, pay them 12 an hour and essentially hope they can get desparate buyers (no lookers/questions askers etc). They are not used to people with money. they only can talk financing. FYI..THEY DON'T REPLY VIA E-MAIL. Drive to the Golden Valley dealership instead. Worth the 10min. The place is SOOO much nicer. Burnsville is good to.
