I have been fully ready to purchase a new jeep and I'm left on read. I have had to keep checking in and asking if they forgot me. I feel like I've been made to beg to make a purchase and that they don't want my sale. Very odd for a dealership and the worst experience and customer service I've ever encountered when car shopping.
