Was looking at a Mitsubishi Outlander, Jamie in sales was great. His boss, Jeff Halsne, was wildly unprofessional. We tried to negotiate price, apparently their prices are fixed. That’s fine, a simple no would suffice. Instead we were lectured, insulted, and belittled. Jeff seemed to take pleasure in letting us know he felt we were scum because we attempted to negotiate price. I should’ve listened to our friends who work at other dealerships who advised us against coming here. I can now confirm their reputation in the business is absolutely warranted. Go elsewhere, there’s plenty of other places that know how to act professionally.
