When you're shopping for a car, the last thing you want is a salesman droning on and on about what they think a potential customer wants to hear. What you want to hear are answers to questions you want answered that are important to you. Too many sales are lost because the salesman talks too much about topics that are really not important to the buyer. My salesman Matt stayed on topic for my benefit, not his. When we got done with the preliminaries, test drive, final pricing we were done and ready to write it up. Clean, quick and easy. Like spending an hour with an old friend. And I never felt like I was being sold!
