Been 10+ years for service and maintenance of my vehicles. Excellent staff and service. While waiting in the lounge area one customer asked "why are you here?" I mentioned "Oil change". Customer "Did they not mention this is wot working or this needs replaced or other things?" My response "No. Never". There was/is never a pressure from the staff.
