RED EDGE TURNING BLUE NO HEAT

onMy car was not heating up and Naturally I went to the Dealer I purchased the car from. I was car number 4 to roll into the garage at 7:00 a.m.. I told them what was the problem and they took information, including a number where they could reach. At 8:00 a.m. the shuttle bus took us to our destinations. I was going home and as we reached my house they called to say my car was ready (in less than 2 hours they have found the problem and fixed my car (and also checked all the fluids and tire pressure). Unreal! The cost was reasonable too! I have purchased nothing but Ford vehicles since 1977 and I have always been satisfied with the cars and the service.
