We have been dealing with Jack Demmer Ford for about 12 years and have never had any issues. Mike Phillips is a great sales person with timing and delivery. He always has all the paperwork done correctly and the car/truck is always ready on time for pick up. The only issues I have with the dealership is they never offer any kind of returning customer incentives like free oil changes or anything else. We have recommend a lot of our friends and family to this dealership. I just think Ford could be a little better with offering some kind of loyalty program to returing customers like GM and FCA do for their customers.
