I had my engine oil & filter changed. From Judy scheduling the appointment to Dan gathering the necessary information, and ensuring that the necessary tasks were completed, it was a very professional and pleasant experience. While I was waiting for my car, Jim gave me useful information about what I might expect in the way of future repairs to make an informed decision about acquiring a new vehicle.
