I had several items that needed to be repaired this time on my 2011 Chevy Impala, one of which was to install a new battery. Also to take care of the Recall Notice regarding the ignition switch. I also had a huge crack in the windshield so I asked about that also. Brent told me they have their windshield contract with Troy Auto Glass so asked him if he could contact them to see if they could replace the windshield. As it turned out, Troy was in the dealership also and we scheduled an appointment to have the windshield replaced. Brent checked the history on my car and noticed that the tires needed to be rotated also. I am very pleased with everything that was done!! Cook Chevrolet is just the absolute best!!!
